Designed to the clients requirements and brief. produce a full set of plans, elevations and sections and submitted to there local planning department on behalf of the client 

all construction work undertaken, including loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments, basements, roofing works, new kitchen/bathroom insulation, first and second fix carpentry,electric and plumbing

all relevant drawings ans calculations will be produced and submitted to building control for there approval, this includes all information required for submission to building control sign off at the end of the project.

these drawings are produced once completion and the drawings are of what as been built on site which is then submitted to building control and planning for sign off, which shows the different from the design change and what was built
