building control drawings and submission

Designed to the clients requirements and brief. produce a full set of plans, elevations and sections and submitted to there local planning department on behalf of the client 

all construction work undertaken, including loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments, basements, roofing works, new kitchen/bathroom insulation, first and second fix carpentry,electric and plumbing

these drawings are produced once completion and the drawings are of what as been built on site which is then submitted to building control and planning for sign off, which shows the different from the design change and what was built

construction drawings are a set of drawings which are done after planning and will show all dimensions and details that are needed for the contractor to be able to carry out the works on site
